Note, when coming to pay the fine, people need to prepare the following documents:
- For cars: vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
- For motorbikes: vehicle registration, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each document).
The person who comes to resolve the "cold fine" case is not the vehicle owner. It is required to have confirmation from the vehicle owner about the vehicle borrowing, delivery, rental, authorization, etc. (in case the vehicle is registered under the company's name, the person who comes to resolve the case must bring a letter of introduction and vehicle delivery from the company).
