After receiving instructions from the Traffic Police Department to verify and handle violations on social networks (Facebook group Giao Thong VOV) regarding the case of drivers not complying with the instructions of traffic signs, the Traffic Police Department of Hai Phong City Police has conducted verification and clarification of the case.
As a result of verification, at 10:45 am on March 14, on Nguyen Van Linh street, driver B.V. Q (born in 1980, residing in Khuc Thua Du commune, Hai Phong) driving a sleeper bus with license plate 21H-012. XX had the violation: "Not complying with orders and instructions of traffic signs" specified in: Point a, Clause 1, Article 6, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 27, 2024 of the Government.
The Traffic Police Department of the City Police has made a record of administrative violation against the driver.
