Long Chau's vaccine storage cabinets (Haier brand, meeting WHO standards) are fully integrated with light and whistle storage equipment right in the cabinet. When the cabinet exceeds the set temperature, i.e. the threshold of 3-7 degrees, the cabinet will immediately emit a buzzer and light warning.
In addition, Long Chau is equipped with its own automatic temperature monitoring device, independent of the refrigerator, Logtag. When the refrigerator's temperature exceeds the safety setting threshold (3-7 degrees), the logtag device's light and buzzer warning system is also immediately activated and sends automatic messages to all relevant personnel. Long Chau officials stay at the facility (management, nursing) and headquarters even at night.
At the headquarters, the 24/7 monitoring team will take steps to handle and coordinate with the facility according to procedures to ensure that the storage temperature is always maintained safely and throughout.
