Also according to the Director of Hospital K, at present, there are many patients coming for treatment, overloading at all three treatment facilities, in which the radiotherapy department works continuously 23/24 hours.

Strengthen inspection and supervision of staff staff in performing their duties, strictly handling violations (if any).
“If the hospital receives any feedback from patients about the inappropriate attitude of medical staff, it will suspend work for 1-2 weeks to verify and clarify. In case the medical staff is found to be negative, disciplinary action will be taken," Prof. Dr. Le Van Quang emphasized.
Due to the large number of patients and limited facilities, doctors had to divide shifts/teams to care for patients. Therefore, the hospital director hopes that patients will comply with the regulations and avoid "interrupting" so that negative, disorderly, safe and secure situations will not occur within the hospital campus to ensure conditions for the team. Doctors examine and provide the best treatment for patients. In the near future, to meet the needs of medical examination and treatment, the hospital plans to purchase 4 more radiotherapy machines. The hospital also promoted work to strengthen lower levels to reduce the hospital's load and avoid negative incidents.
