According to the reporter's investigation, in the cosmetic product declaration form issued by the Department of Drug Administration (Ministry of Health) and instructions for use, all four products above are in the form of "cream, emulsion, milk, gel or oil for use on the skin (face, feet, hands, etc.)".
On November 22, Dr. Nguyen Trong Khoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management (Ministry of Health) - sent a document to the Director of Can Tho Department of Health requesting clarification of the incident.
