Regarding the suspicion that a hospital in Can Tho injected cosmetics into the skin, Dr. Vu Thai Ha, Head of the Department of Research and Application of Stem Cell Technology (Central Dermatology Hospital) said that it is necessary to consider specifically whether this case was actually an injection or just a rolling needle followed by applying cosmetics to the skin. It is necessary to consider carefully and specifically what type of medical equipment. Of course, if it is registered as a cosmetic, it cannot be injected.
