Red book (or pink book) is a common name to refer to the official name of the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land issued from August 1, 2024.
According to Clause 1, Article 38 of Decree 101/2024/ND-CP, cases of renewal of red books issued from August 1, 2024 include:
1. Land users need to change the Certificate issued before August 1, 2024 to a Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land;
2. The issued certificate is scratched, blurred, torn, or damaged;
3. The certificate has been issued together for many plots of land , but issued separately for each plot of land according to the needs of the land user and in case of replacement of Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets associated with the land. land specified in Clause 7, Article 46 of Decree 101/2024/ND-CP;
4. The land use purpose stated on the issued Certificate according to the provisions of land law at the time of issuance of the issued Certificate is different from the land use purpose according to land classification specified in Article 9 of the Land Law Land Law 2024 and regulations in the Government Decree detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law 2024;
5. The location of the land plot on the issued Certificate is not accurate compared to the actual location of land use at the time of issuance of the issued Certificate;
6. Land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land are the common property of husband and wife, but the issued Certificate only records the full name of the wife or husband. Now there is a request to change the Certificate. land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land to record both the wife's full name and the husband's full name;
7. The issued certificate lists the name of the household, and now the members who share the same land use rights of that household have requested to renew the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land. to write down the full names of members who share the household's land use rights;
