Currently, many townhouses, hotels, restaurants, tourist areas, etc. are being urgently built on the canal road of the Tham Luong - Ben Cat - Rach Nuoc Len Canal Project, in order to anticipate this project when it is completed.
One of the large-scale projects on this canal-side road is Ben Xua restaurant (Thanh Loc ward, District 12) which is urgently completing the remaining items to put into operation soon.
With an area of hundreds of square meters and running along the canal, this restaurant is expected to attract many diners after the route is completed and put into operation.
Also located on this canal-side road, the Saigon Fishing Tourism Village project with items such as restaurants, cafes, fishing lakes, etc. is also being urgently built, to be put into service in time for the April 30, 2025 holiday.
Ms. Pham Thi Ly, the project investor, said she has invested tens of billions of dong in this canal-side tourist village because she sees the business potential after the road is completed.
"The advantage of the project is that it is located along the Tham Luong - Ben Cat - Rach Nuoc Len canal, which will attract many visitors to eat and fish for fun because of the cool air. I see a lot of potential when investing in services, food and entertainment on the canal route, so I boldly invested to get ahead of the project" - Ms. Ly shared.
According to Lao Dong Newspaper's reporter in late October, along the canal road from Truong Dai bridge to Saigon river, belonging to the Tham Luong - Ben Cat - Rach Nuoc Len canal project, there are many townhouses, restaurants, hotels, cafes, entertainment areas,... being built to do business "following" the project.
Not only do people who have land on this canal-side road build shops and businesses, but there are also people who come here to rent premises to invest in business "following" the project.
"Knowing that this route will be completed on the occasion of April 30, 2025, I came here to rent a space to invest in opening a snail restaurant. My snail restaurant chain is mostly located in districts 4, 7, 8, but in District 12, I have invested the most. Spending a large amount of money to invest in a snail restaurant, I expect that with the advantage of a wide canal, there will be a cool atmosphere, attracting many diners, especially on weekends" - said the owner of a famous snail restaurant chain in Ho Chi Minh City.
