On July 11, information from the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) - Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, the unit has just successfully rescued a driver trapped in the truck cabin.
According to initial information, at around 5:25 a.m. on July 11, Center 114 received a report from people about a traffic accident that occurred on the North-South expressway, passing through Trung Chinh commune (old Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province; from Hanoi to Thanh Hoa).
The incident occurred between a passenger bus and a truck, causing one person to be trapped in the truck cabin.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Rescue Team of Area 1 quickly dispatched officers and soldiers to the scene to carry out rescue work.
At the scene, the truck's cabin was seriously deformed, and the driver was trapped inside. After a period of effort, the authorities brought the victim out and transferred him to the hospital for emergency care and treatment.
The cause of the accident is currently being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
