According to the decision just issued by the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, the above project is assigned by Hai Long Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor, implemented on an area of about 1.79ha, including 2 high-rise apartment building blocks (social housing and commercial housing); synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure system.
In which, the social housing area is built on an area of about 14,229m2, including 1 20-story above-ground building and 01 basement floor, expected to have 802 apartments, with an area of 45 - 77m2, meeting accommodation for about 1,284 people.
The basement is designed for parking, from the 1st to the 20th floors are arranged apartments, public spaces, kindergartens, community activities, and technical facilities. The commercial housing area is arranged on an area of about 3,557m2, building 1 24-story above-ground building and 1 basement floor with about 311 apartments, meeting accommodation for about 528 people. The total population of the entire project is about 1,812 people.
In addition to housing projects, the project synchronously invests in internal transportation systems, parking lots, green trees, electricity supply, water supply, drainage, fire prevention and fighting, communications and external technical infrastructure items to ensure living conditions for residents.
The preliminary total investment of the project is more than 1,691 billion VND. The project has a operating term of 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy and assignment to the investor.
According to the decision, investors are entitled to preferential mechanisms and policies on social housing development according to the provisions of law when they fully meet the conditions.
Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments, branches, and localities to coordinate in guiding and supervising the implementation process; requesting investors to implement projects on schedule, ensuring quality, publicity, and transparency in determining selling prices and rental prices, not allowing loss and waste, and fully complying with the provisions of law on investment, construction, housing, land, environment and fire prevention and fighting.
As of the end of April 2026, Bac Ninh province has 102 social housing projects with a total scale of about 117,000 apartments.
In which, there are 31 projects with about 24,000 apartments that have basically completed construction and put into use; about 71 projects with a scale of nearly 94,000 apartments are being focused on construction.
