Regulations on Land Price List of Hung Yen Province

Regulations on land prices in Hung Yen province
Decision 40/2019/QD-UBND regulates land prices in Hung Yen province:
Land prices for annual crops and aquaculture; land prices for perennial crops; land prices for residential land in rural areas; land prices for residential land in urban areas; land prices for commercial and service land in rural areas; land prices for commercial and service land in urban areas; land prices for non-agricultural production facilities that are not commercial and service land in rural areas; land prices for non-agricultural production facilities that are not commercial and service land in urban areas; land prices for commercial and service land and land for non-agricultural production facilities in industrial zones and clusters and prices of some other types of land specified in the Land Price List, including: Other agricultural land prices; land prices for headquarters of agencies and public works; land prices for land used for public purposes, land for educational and training facilities, land for medical facilities, land for sports facilities with business purposes; land prices for rivers, canals, and specialized water surfaces used for aquaculture or non-agricultural purposes; unused land prices.
According to Decision 40/2019/QD-UBND, land prices in the Land Price List are used as a basis in the following cases:
- Calculate land use fees when the State recognizes the right to use residential land of households and individuals for the area within the limit; allows the change of land use purpose from agricultural land, non-agricultural land that is not residential land to residential land for the area within the limit of land allocation for households and individuals;
- Calculate land use tax;
- Calculating fees and charges in land management and use;
- Calculating administrative fines for violations in the land sector;
- Calculate compensation to the State for damage caused in land management and use;
- Calculate the value of land use rights to pay for people who voluntarily return land to the State in cases where the returned land is land allocated by the State with land use fees collected, recognized land use rights with land use fees collected, or leased land with one-time land rent payment for the entire lease term.
