The Provincial People's Committee has approved the land price to calculate financial obligations for the land of Phat Khang Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the Phat Khang Housing Project in Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City.

Land valuation time is January 2022. Urban residential land area is 8,265m2, the State allocates land with land use fee collection. The average unit price of urban residential land for a long-term stable period is 24.3 million VND/m2.

Change the land use purpose to educational and training facilities with an area of ​​2,458m2. Use for 50 years, the State leases the land and collects the rent once for the entire lease period. The average land price is 13.8 million VND/m2.
