Recently, Phu Tho Ward People's Committee has implemented the Project to Repair and renovate the working headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee of Phu Tho Ward in 2025. The project has a total investment of nearly 14.6 billion VND, of which the construction contract value is nearly 12.7 billion VND.
The project has renovated the 2-story office building: Re-roofing the corrugated iron roof and renovating the roof drainage system; repainting the entire office building; replacing the entire system of doors and windows that have deteriorated; re-paving the entire office building and lobby steps; repairing the entire toilet area, replacing sanitary equipment.
Along with that, improve the landscape, gardens, and fences: Demolish old gates and fences and build new ones; soft pavements for walkways; concrete parking areas; renovate parking garages for officials; install lighting systems for walkways and gardens.
According to a representative of the Phu Tho Ward Project Management Board, as of May 6, 2026, the implemented volume is estimated to reach 95% of the construction contract value, and the construction unit is deploying the remaining auxiliary items to finalize the project.
