The auction, which lasted nearly 20 hours, was an opportunity for brokers to spread the word about land around this area.

According to the research of the Lao Dong reporter, in a small alley on Tien Yen Street, although the width of the alley is just over 2 meters, the house price has reached 60 million VND/m2.

“It is likely that there are groups deliberately pushing the price of a few lots to the peak to create media effects and shape public opinion. After that, they will make profits from other plots of land in the area" - Ms. Mien questioned.

From the above issues, Ms. Mien advises that investors and customers who want to learn about and buy land in suburban areas, especially areas near where the auction just happened, need to be alert.
