This afternoon (October 15), in Hanoi, the National Political Publishing House Truth held the Launching Ceremony of the General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's Electronic Bookcase at http://nguyenphutrong.stbook.vn.
Attending the launching ceremony were Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong; Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of Central Propaganda Nguyen Trong Nghia.
Speaking at the ceremony, Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong stated that General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's books discuss very broad theoretical issues, but the presentation is very simple, concise, summarizing practice and using real life to prove and convince.
"There are few books on political theory that are as widely received and studied by people at home and abroad as the books of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. The appeal of these works is also due to the thinking, intelligence, style, and personality of the General Secretary and the love, respect, and trust that the people have for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong," emphasized Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong.
Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong affirmed that the Electronic Bookshelf of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong is a valuable and very important database serving the research, study and effective application in the cause of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new era.
The Standing Secretariat requested the Central Propaganda Department and relevant agencies to closely coordinate with the National Political Publishing House Truth in disseminating and promoting the value of the General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong e-Bookcase, thereby arousing the trust and pride of cadres, party members and people towards the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, and the heroic Vietnamese people.
Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam - Director, Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth - said that the construction of the Electronic Bookcase of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong aims to systematize, preserve and continue to spread the important ideological and theoretical values that General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has left behind, and at the same time bring these ideological and theoretical values to a large number of cadres, party members, people and international friends in the most convenient way through modern publishing methods.
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, the electronic bookshelf of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong includes 66 publications, of which 46 books are published at the Truth National Political Publishing House and 20 books are published at other publishing houses.
The bookcase is systematically and scientifically arranged, divided into two parts: The first part is books written by Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong and the second part is books about General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. In particular, the bookcase also has an electronic condolence book, recording the deep condolences of the people and international friends when the comrade passed away.
