Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee has just issued a notice on the results of citizen reception by the leaders of the Commune People's Committee.
In the citizen reception of commune leaders, up to 4/7 cases reflected that they had not received land use right certificates (red books).
Accordingly, Mr. Mai Van Dien reflected that the dossier for issuing a land use right certificate of Ms. Kieu Thi Xinh's family has not received results for too long. Citizens have filed petitions but have not been resolved to date. Request the Commune People's Committee to consider and resolve.
Regarding this content, the Commune People's Committee said that it has Official Dispatch No. 1775/UBND-VP dated December 26, 2025 assigning the Economic Department to advise on resolving it. The Commune People's Committee requested the Economic Department to urgently inspect and review the dossiers, advise the Commune People's Committee to resolve and respond to citizens according to regulations, and report to the Commune People's Committee before February 28.
Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Van Luu also reflected that he submitted a dossier to apply for a land use right certificate at the Public Administration Department of the commune, with a deadline of 6.1 to return the results, but so far it has not been resolved. Mr. Luu requested the Commune People's Committee to resolve and return the land use right certificate to him according to regulations.
Regarding this matter, the leaders of the Commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department to urgently inspect and review dossiers, advise the Commune People's Committee to resolve and respond to citizens according to regulations, and report to the Commune People's Committee before March 15.
Mr. Bui Van Su, Bui Van Toan reflected that their families have prepared dossiers for issuing land use right certificates but have not yet received land use right certificates. Request the Commune People's Committee to consider returning land use right certificates to citizens.
Regarding the content reflected by citizens, the Commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department to inspect and review dossiers, advise the Commune People's Committee to resolve and respond to citizens according to regulations, and report to the Commune People's Committee before March 15.
Mr. Ly Ba Cuong also requested the Commune People's Committee to return the land use right certificate to his family.
