Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a Decision on approving the plan for compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land to implement the investment project to build a road connecting from the road to Nam Thang Long industrial park to Ring Road 3.5.
According to the Decision, approving the detailed plan for compensation, support, and resettlement for land users and owners of assets attached to land when the State recovers land to implement the road project connecting from the road to Nam Thang Long industrial park to Ring Road 3.5 in Thuong Cat ward.
The people named in the plan are Mr. P.G. T and Ms. N.T. M. Land acquisition address in Thuong Cat ward, Hanoi.
Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee said that the total amount of compensation, support and resettlement is 898,713,550 VND; the total deductions to be paid to the budget is 0 VND.
Total amount of compensation, support, and resettlement after balance: 898,713,550 VND. Implementation costs are paid by the Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board.
Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee assigned the Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to preside over and publicly post the Decision and Applied Plan at the headquarters of Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee, the common living area of the residential area where the land is recovered and at the same time hand it over to land users, property owners, and people with related rights and obligations.
Within 30 days from the date the Decision takes effect, organize the payment of compensation and support money to land users and property owners. In case of not receiving compensation and support money or there is a dispute, it shall be implemented according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 94 of the 2024 Land Law and relevant legal regulations.
Guiding land users to declare and deposit money into the State budget (for cases where financial obligations must be deducted) according to Clause 6, Article 94 of the 2024 Land Law and relevant legal regulations.
Assign the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward to preside over and coordinate with Transaction Office No. 10 - State Treasury Area I and Base Tax Department 9 of Hanoi city to monitor and summarize financial obligation deductions (if any) paid by land users to the State budget according to the plan approved by the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee.
Land users and property owners shall receive compensation and support money and declare and deposit money into the State budget (if any) according to the Plan approved by the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; prepare land use right documents (i.e., land use right certificates, originals) (if any) and hand them over to the Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board immediately after receiving the Land Recovery Decision of the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee to serve the updating and adjustment of cadastral records and land databases.
