Pursuant to Article 621 of the 2015 Civil Code, it is stipulated that people who are not entitled to inherit are as follows:
Article 621. People who are not entitled to inherit
1. The following people are not entitled to inherit:
a) A person convicted of intentionally violating the life or health of a person or of serious abuse, torturing a person leaving an inheritance, seriously violating the honor and dignity of that person;
b) People who seriously violate the obligation to care for the testator;
c) A person convicted of intentionally violating the life of another heir in order to receive part or all of the inheritance that the heir is entitled to receive;
d) People who commit fraud, forced or prevented the testator from making a will; forged a will, amended a will, canceled a will, or concealed a will to receive part or all of the inheritance contrary to the testator's wishes.
2. The subjects specified in Clause 1 of this Article are still entitled to inherit the inheritance if the testator is aware of the behavior of those subjects but still gives them the inheritance according to the will.
Thus, if children seriously violate their parental responsibility, they will not be entitled to inherit land use rights.
Unless the testator knows the actions of those people but still gives them an inheritance according to the will, that person will still inherit the land from the testator.
