Ms. Dung said that her family had a case when her child beat a small friend, but the child's mother handled it very civilly. Mr. Nguyen Dang Anh - Director of Sky Central Apartment Management Board - said that this was the first time such an incident had occurred at this apartment building. When the incident occurred, security forces on duty were present in time to prevent and stop the assault and protect the safety of the woman.
The cause comes from conflicts between young children, but adults cannot find a common voice.
