Dai Mo Ward People's Committee has just issued a decision on coercive land recovery to implement the Hanoi Green Technology City Urban Area project.
Accordingly, the measure of coercive land recovery is applied to the household of Mr. Bach Dang Chao (currently Mr. Nguyen The Dat is the authorized representative and the gentlemen: Bach Dang Thang, Bach Dang Huy, Bach Thi Luan, Bach Thi Nga, Bach Thi Bang, Bach Thi Luu).
These are people with related rights and obligations using 700m2 of land, including 384m2 of land belonging to land plot No. 188, map sheet No. 22; 316m2 of land belonging to land plot No. 245, map sheet No. 14 (land survey map measured in 1992) in Dai Mo ward.
The reason for implementing the land recovery coercive measure is because the above-mentioned individuals did not comply with Decision No. 2765/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2025 of Dai Mo Ward People's Committee on land recovery to implement the Hanoi Green Technology City Urban Area project.
The Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board of Dai Mo Ward coordinates with the People's Committee of Dai Mo Ward to assign this decision to people with related rights and obligations. In case Mr. Nguyen The Dat is the authorized representative and Mr. (Ms.): Bach Dang Thang, Bach Dang Huy, Bach Thi Luan, Bach Thi Nga, Bach Thi Bang, Bach Thi Luu are people with related rights and obligations who do not receive this decision or are absent, a record must be made. Along with that, publicly post this decision at the headquarters of the Ward People's Committee, at the common living place of the residential area, residential group, where the land is recovered.
Dai Mo Ward People's Committee assigned the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Dai Mo Ward to prepare documents to send to the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward to advise the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee to decide to establish a Land Recovery Coercive Board to carry out land recovery coercion according to the provisions of law.
