The consulting unit will determine the specific land price for an area of 30,089.71m2 of residential land and 1,410.29m2 of commercial service land as of January 2008. This is the period when the City People's Committee issued decisions to allocate land and lease land according to the detailed plan approved at the end of 2007.
At the same time, the winning bidder is also responsible for determining the specific land price for the above-mentioned area as of December 2013 to calculate land use purpose conversion fees from production and business land to residential land. In addition, the bidding package also includes determining the price for 21,105m2 of residential land and 10,395m2 of commercial and service land as of December 2013 to serve as a basis for additional collection of financial obligations arising from detailed planning adjustments according to relevant decisions of the City People's Committee.
