On the morning of January 15, the An Phu social housing project (Quang Phu ward, Da Nang city) was officially launched. With a total investment of nearly 600 billion VND, the project is expected to supply about 700 apartments, contributing to realizing the Government's goal of 1 million social housing units.
The project is invested by Quang Nam Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, and is a meaningful project to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.
The project is built on an area of 20,000 m2 with a total investment of nearly 600 billion VND. According to the design, the apartment complex includes 4 building blocks (A1, A2, B1, B2) with 9 floors.
Not only focusing on residential areas, the project is synchronously planned with technical infrastructure from transportation systems, water supply and drainage to wastewater treatment areas and environmental sanitation. The 1st floor of the buildings is arranged with commercial - service space and management rooms, from the 2nd to the 9th floor is an apartment area for residents.
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2028, meeting the urgent needs of workers and low-income people.
According to Mr. Tran Nam Hung - Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee, the launch of the An Phu Apartment Building social housing project is of great significance in solving the problem of housing for workers in the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone area and Da Nang area.
The project not only ensures the progress of urban development but also demonstrates commitment to taking care of the lives and social security of low-income workers in the area.
