    On September 29, information from Bien Hoa City People's Committee said that it had assigned Bien Hoa Land Fund Development Center to organize the auction of land use rights for 3 plots of land including:

    Land plot number 222, cadastral map sheet number 11, Hoa Binh ward has an area of ​​62.6 m2.

    Land plot number 558, cadastral map sheet number 5, Thanh Binh ward has an area of ​​219.4 m2.

    Land plot number 62, cadastral map sheet number 62, Tam Hiep ward has an area of ​​96.5 m2.

    Estimated value is about 6.6 billion VND (provisional calculation according to Dong Nai province's 5-year land price list for the period 2020 - 2024).

    Auction period from now until the end of December 2024.

    In case the land use rights auction fails, Bien Hoa Land Fund Development Center will coordinate with the auction organizer to continue posting information for the second time and update and adjust the implementation progress accordingly.
