Quang Minh Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board in coordination with National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 will organize an auction of land use rights for 1 land plot at point X1 and 6 land plots at point X2, belonging to Yen Vinh village, Thanh Lam commune, Me Linh district (now Quang Minh commune, Hanoi city).
Land plots with areas from 75m2 to 211.63m2. The starting price at the first auction round is the price approved by Quang Minh Commune People's Committee, corresponding to 10,940,000 VND/m2.
The price step applied in the first auction round is 45 million VND/m2. From the second auction round onwards, the price step applied is 1 million VND/m2.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of two rounds of auction, according to the up-price method.
The time to sell bid invitation dossiers and receive registrations is from 8:00 AM on January 14, 2026 to 5:00 PM on January 27, 2026, during office hours on working days. The place to refer to information and buy dossiers is the Quang Minh Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board.
The auction is scheduled to be held at 8:30 am on January 30, 2026 (Saturday) at Quang Minh General Service Center (Old Me Linh District Culture - Sports Center), Quang Minh commune, Hanoi city. Auction participants need to be present at the organizing location at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
The Organizing Committee noted that in case of participating in the auction in the form of authorization, the authorized person must present a valid document or authorization letter, notarized in accordance with legal regulations, in which the authorization content related to the auction, the authorization period, rights and responsibilities of the parties are clearly stated.
In an auction session, the auction organization is carried out according to each land plot. Each person is only allowed to represent a subject participating in the auction and is not allowed to be both a participant in the auction and receive authorization from another subject when auctioning a land plot together.
Previously, on December 29, 2025, Yen Lang Commune People's Committee coordinated with Vietnam Auction Partnership Company to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 33 land plots in Yen Lang commune, Hanoi City (formerly Me Linh district).
As a result, all 33 land plots were successfully auctioned. The winning price ranged from 34.5 to 57.6 million VND/m2, about 7 times higher than the starting price. The total winning bid amount reached more than 174 billion VND, about 151.6 billion VND higher than the total starting price.
