The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Thanh Oai commune in coordination with Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company will organize an auction of land use rights for 29 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Thanh Oai commune, Hanoi city (formerly Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district).
Land plots have an area from 83.87m2 to 180.46m2. The starting price is 14,080,000 VND/m2. Maximum construction height is 5 floors.
Regarding the price step, in the mandatory auction round, the price step is 40 million VND/m2. In the second auction round, the price step is 2 million VND/m2.


The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 AM on January 9, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM on January 21, 2026. The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 AM on January 26, 2026 at the Thanh Oai District Gymnasium (now Thanh Oai commune).
The Organizing Committee noted that in case auction participants register many land plots and pay a sum of prepaid money for these land plots, they must ensure to pay the correct and sufficient amount of prepaid money for all land plots recorded in the Registration Form for auction participation. In case the sum of money is lower than the total prepaid amount as prescribed, all registered land plots will not be eligible to participate in the auction.
In case the auction participant registers many land plots on the Auction Registration Form but only deposits money in advance for a certain number of land plots, the participant must clearly state the symbols of the corresponding land plots in the money transfer content. All deposits that are not sufficient according to regulations are determined to be invalid and not eligible to participate in the auction.
For the winning bidder, the deposit will be converted into a deposit to determine responsibility and financial obligations. The deposit is deducted from the total amount of land use right winning bids that the winning bidder must pay according to regulations.
