The Phu Xuyen District Land Fund Development Center has just coordinated with functional units to successfully auction 76 plots of land, with a total area of 6,487.98m2 belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure for the auction area in Duong La and Phu Tuc villages, Phu Tuc commune on May 23.
According to the announced results, 76/76 plots of land have been successfully auctioned. The total amount collected is nearly 287 billion VND, nearly 10 times higher than the total starting price of more than 30 billion VND.
The auctioned plots have a starting price of VND 4.68 million/m2, with areas ranging from 75.36 - 99.93m2.
Of which, the plot of land with the highest winning price reached 62 million VND/m2; the lowest was 36 million VND/m2. Many plots recorded a difference in winning price compared to floor price of 7 - 12 times compared to the starting price.
Notably, some plots of land attracted a large number of bids, showing that the demand for residential land in this area is very high. The land is located near the main traffic axis, invested in synchronous technical infrastructure and adjacent to the development route in the South of Hanoi city, so it has great exploitation potential and is highly appreciated for its profit prospects.
Mr. Do Thanh Cong - Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Phu Xuyen district - said: "The auction results this time continue to show the district's correct policy in effectively managing and exploiting land funds. The public and transparent organization has created trust for people and businesses. In the coming time, the district will continue to implement additional auction projects to meet housing needs and create resources for investment and development".
It is expected that on May 27, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will coordinate with the Phu Xuyen District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of the right to use 30 plots of land in Ba Hoa 2 area, Phong Trieu village, Nam Phong commune, Phu Xuyen district, Hanoi city. The total area of the plots of land is 2,600.44 m2.
Land plots with an area ranging from 75 - 117m2; Starting price of 3,430,000 VND/m2. The form of auction by direct voting many rounds at the auction, up to 3 rounds of auction; Open and announce the public results, the maximum time of writing and voting for each auction is 10 minutes. In the first round, the price step is 9,000,000 VND/m2 and in the third round of a bid price is 500,000 VND/m2.
The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on May 27 at the Phu Xuyen District Cultural Information and Sports Center.
