On January 29, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee issued a decision on recognizing the results of winning the land use right auction to implement the Eo Gio Eco-tourism Area Project, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
Eo Gio Eco-tourism Area Project, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone has an area of 10.44 ha (104,452.86 m2). Location and boundaries of the land belonging to Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Quy Nhon Dong ward, Gia Lai province; bordering Eo Gio mountain to the North; Cam mountain to the South; East Sea to the East; trail to the West serving people's livelihoods.
The winning bidder is Star Hanoi Real Estate Joint Stock Company (address: Duong Noi ward, Hanoi city). It is known that the starting price of this commercial service land area is 79,720,730,545 VND; the winning bid price is 81,315,145,545 VND.
Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee assigned the Economic Zone Management Board, Department of Finance, Department of Construction and relevant agencies and units to guide and urge Star Hanoi Real Estate Joint Stock Company to implement the project in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress, standards and regulations of State law.
