According to Mr. Vu, apartment rental prices in Hanoi's inner city have been continuously increasing in recent times, with no signs of cooling down. Because the price was beyond their ability to pay monthly, when the contract ended, Mr. Vu's family stopped renting and looked for a new room with a reasonable budget.
