Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights to implement the project of Building apartment buildings, low-rise houses and public works in the A5 land use right auction area, Dong Anh commune, Hanoi City.
The total area of the land plot auctioned for land use rights is 32,165.51m2. The architectural planning indicators are determined according to the General Plan, scale 1/500 of the Project of Construction of Technical Infrastructure of Land Use Right Auction Area A5, Uy No commune, Dong Anh district, approved by the old Dong Anh District People's Committee (before arrangement) in Document No. 1689/UBND-QLĐT dated July 28, 2022.
In which, 6,329.62m2 of land has the function of adjacent residential land, including 7 land plots coded LK2, LK3, LK4, LK5, LK6, LK7, LK8. Construction density from 77.84% to 82.83%, 5 floors high, total population 176 people; 5,771.49m2 of land has the function of land for building apartment buildings, coded CT. Construction density 40%; 12 floors high, population 762 people; 20,064.4m2 of land has the function of urban public land (trade, services, hotels...), coded CCĐT. Construction density 40%, 12 floors high.
The starting price of round 1 is the starting price of the land use right auction to implement the project of Building apartment buildings, low-rise houses and public works at land use right auction area A5, Dong Anh commune, Hanoi City, according to Decision No. 6435/QD-UBND dated July 30, 2026 of Dong Anh Commune People's Committee. The starting price is more than 1,164 billion VND.
The auction form is auction by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and at least through 3 mandatory auction rounds. The bidding method is to bid up.
The total investment of the project is calculated according to Decision No. 3454/QD-UBND dated July 10, 2026 of the Hanoi City People's Committee on approving the policy of the project to invest in Building apartment buildings, low-rise houses and public works in the A5 land use right auction area, Dong Anh commune, Hanoi City and Decision No. 6435/QD-UBND dated July 30, 2026 of the Dong Anh Commune People's Committee on approving land prices to calculate starting prices and land use right auction price steps for project implementation. Accordingly, the total investment of the project is more than 3.317 billion VND.
The organization participating in the auction must have owner's equity not less than 20% of the total investment, equivalent to more than 663 billion VND, and must ensure the ability to mobilize capital to implement the investment project. In case the enterprise simultaneously implements many projects, it must have sufficient owner's equity allocated to ensure the above ratio of each project to implement all projects.
The auction will be held at 8:30 am on October 7, 2026 (Wednesday) at the Hall of the Dong Anh Commune Cultural House, Cao Lo Street, Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi City.
