The bidding method is to bid up. The starting price in the first auction round (auction round No. 1) is approved by the People's Committee of Hat Mon commune. From auction round No. 2 onwards, the starting price is equal to the highest valid bid price in the immediately preceding round.

In Gia Lam commune, Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of land use rights for 13 land plots belonging to the Project of Site Clearance, Construction of Technical Infrastructure to serve the auction of small land use rights, stuck at location A33, Co Bi commune, Gia Lam district (now Gia Lam commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of the land plots is 1,093.4 m2. The starting price for the land plots is 44.25 million VND/m2.
The auction form is auction by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds for each land plot at the auction session, minimum 1 round and maximum 3 rounds. The auction method is to bid up.
