Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed a decision to locally adjust the urban subdivision planning H2-4, scale 1/2000 at the land plot marked D3/NT2 in Yen So ward, Hoang Mai district to invest in the construction and expansion of Hoang Mai Secondary School.
According to the decision, the location of the land plot symbol D3/NT2 in the planning of H2-4 urban subdivision, the 1/2000 ratio is in the administrative boundary of Yen So ward, Hoang Mai district. In the north, the land borders with the planning road and the existing Yen So Primary School, the South borders with the agricultural land currently managed by the People's Committee of Yen So ward, the East borders the existing Hoang Mai Secondary School; The West borders with the existing residential area in Yen So ward.
The total area of the land to be studied for local planning adjustment is about 3,710m2.
Regarding the content of adjusting and adjusting the land use function at the land plot D3/NT2 in the planning of H2-4 urban subdivision, the ratio of 1/2000 is approved from the preschool land (kindergarten, kindergarten) into lower secondary school land (land plot symbol D3/TH) with architectural planning targets: adjusting the construction density from 40% to 45% and the height of 1 to 3 floors from 1 to 3 floors from 1 to 3 floors.
The City People's Committee assigned the Hoang Mai District People's Committee and Highend Architecture Joint Stock Company to complete the dossier and drawings according to regulations and send them to the Department of Planning and Architecture.
