Exploit and effectively use land funds, develop and meet housing needs for people in the area. Generate budget revenue from bidding to select investors to implement projects to ensure compliance with the socio-economic development goals, plans and tasks of Hanoi City and Me Linh district.
According to the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, the total land use research area is about 406,195 m2 (40.6 hectares), of which: Low-rise residential land is about 10,556 hectares, high-rise buildings are 3-5 floors, total about 657 units; Social housing land is about 3.52 hectares, 10 floors high, a total of about 809 units.
Land with mixed commercial and service functions is about 3,547 hectares, 3-9 floors high; Commercial land is about 0.201ha, 5 floors high; Greenery land - water surface is about 1,868ha (including: median strip greenland about 0.765ha; unit greenland about 0.693ha; group greenland about 0.41ha); Land for technical infrastructure (parking lot): 1,169ha; Traffic land: 13.76 hectares.
Land for public and service projects is about 5,997 hectares, including: Educational land: 1.83 hectares, 3-storey building height; Medical land: 0.102ha; Culture, physical education and sports land is about 4,066 hectares (including: Urban cultural and sports center about 1,731 hectares with 3-9 storeys high; residential cultural and sports center about 0.5 hectares, high floors 3-5 floors; practice yard is about 1,228 hectares; group playground is about 0.607 hectares);
“Preliminary total project implementation costs (excluding compensation costs, site clearance support, and resettlement) are more than 2,904 billion VND. The investment project's operating term is 50 years from the date the investor receives the State's decision to allocate land, decide to lease land, or decide to change the land use purpose. Project implementation progress from 2024-2028.
