12 land plots preparing for auction have a total area of 1,029.1 m2. Of which, 4 plots have a starting price of 15.3 million VND/m2; 8 plots have a starting price of 25.5 million VND/m2.
The starting price of the lots ranges from 1.224 billion VND to more than 2.35 billion VND/lot. The above price includes the cost of technical infrastructure investment according to the project approved by competent authorities, but does not include registration fee and fee for issuing Land Use Right Certificates.
People who want to participate in the auction can buy dossiers until 11 am on August 26 at the Hai Phong City Property Auction Service Center; and can also buy dossiers at the Economic Department of Lac Phuong commune from August 17 to 11 am on August 26.
The time to receive applications for auction participation lasts until 4:00 PM on August 26. The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:00 AM on August 29th at the Hall of Lac Phuong Commune People's Committee. The auction form is indirect voting for each land plot, according to the upward bidding method. The minimum bid price is 100,000 VND/m2. The winning bidder is the person with the highest bid price or at least equal to the starting price plus the minimum bid price according to regulations.
