Duong Kinh Ward People's Committee organizes a conference with organizations, households, and individuals with land in the planned recovered area to inform and disseminate contents related to land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement and receive opinions from people to serve the implementation of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line investment project, section passing through Duong Kinh ward.
At the conference, the Ward People's Committee informed about the scale, scope and objectives of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line construction investment project; and at the same time disseminated the plan to implement land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement according to regulations.
The Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project is an important transport infrastructure project, with a length through the ward area of about 4.2 km, with a total land area within the recovered boundary of about 279,867.2 m2.
According to the plan, land recovery work is implemented through the following steps: organizing meetings with land owners in the recovered area to disseminate and receive opinions; issuing and sending land recovery notices; investigating, surveying, measuring, counting, verifying the origin of land and assets attached to land; preparing, appraising, approving and publicizing compensation, support, and resettlement plans; implementing compensation, support, and resettlement plans; issuing and organizing the implementation of land recovery decisions according to regulations.
The Ward People's Committee requests relevant agencies and units to closely coordinate, organize and implement work in accordance with their functions and tasks, ensuring publicity, transparency, democracy, and in accordance with procedures and legal regulations. At the same time, strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to comply with the land acquisition policy, and coordinate with state agencies in the project implementation process.
The organization of the conference aims to create consensus and unity among the people, ensure that compensation, support, resettlement and land recovery are implemented in accordance with regulations, contributing to accelerating the progress of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line construction investment project in Duong Kinh ward.
