    Hai Phong - The city has just publicly announced the list of land plots for auction in 2026 for surplus houses and land.

    Hai Phong Land Fund Development Center issued a plan and list of 88 land plots for land use rights auction in 2026 for redundant houses and land managed by units (phase 1). 88 land plots are all residential land, with areas from 16.4 m2 to 3,156 m2, located in special zone communes and wards of the city.

    The public disclosure of the list of land plots is to ensure the correct order and procedures for auctioning land use rights in accordance with the current Land Law.
