1. Implementation sequence
- Land users submit a request for re-confirmation of land use duration and certificate to the One-Stop Department according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee on receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedure settlement at the provincial, district, and commune levels or the Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office.
In case the land user submits the application to the People's Committee of the commune where the land is located, the People's Committee of the commune is responsible for transferring the application to the Land Registration Office or the Branch of the Land Registration Office.
- The land registration office or the branch of the land registration office checks the records; confirms the duration of continued land use on the issued certificate or issues a new certificate if the land user has a need; updates and corrects the land database and cadastral records; hands over the certificate to the land user or transfers it to the People's Committee at the commune level to return it to the land user.
2. How to do it
- Submit directly to the One-Stop Department according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee on receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedure settlement at the provincial, district, and commune levels or the Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office.
- Submit via public postal service.
- Submit at the location agreed between the individual and the Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office.
- Submit on the National Public Service Portal or provincial public service portal or provincial administrative procedure settlement information system in cases where the dossier does not require submission of the original.
3. Components and number of documents
- Document requesting re-confirmation of land use term according to Form No. 09 issued with Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law (original).
- Issued certificate (certified or notarized copy; in case of direct submission of uncertified or notarized copy, the applicant must present the original for the officer receiving the application to check and compare).
