On the morning of December 19, Khanh Hoa province will simultaneously hold a groundbreaking ceremony, inauguration and technical opening ceremony for 5 key projects and works, with large scale and important political and economic significance, towards celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The projects implemented during this occasion cover many areas, from urban areas, transport infrastructure, energy to irrigation, contributing to creating momentum for socio-economic development for the locality.
The Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project has been registered to start construction, with a joint venture of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, Cam Ranh Investment Joint Stock Company and VinES Energy Solutions Joint Stock Company as investors. The project is expected to form a modern, synchronous urban area, effectively exploiting the advantages of the space along Cam Ranh Bay.
At the same time, the Van Thang Resettlement Area Project - Phase 1 was also started, invested by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Development Project Management Board, to meet the needs of resettlement arrangements and stabilize people's lives to serve key projects in the area.
In the field of renewable energy, the Phuoc Thai 2 Solar Power Plant Project, invested by Vietnam Electricity Group, will be inaugurated. The project contributes to supplementing clean power sources, ensuring energy security and promoting sustainable energy restructuring.
Notably, Component Project 1 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 1 will be organized for technical traffic opening. This is a national key transport project, playing a role in connecting the South Central Coast with the Central Highlands, creating momentum for inter-regional development.
In addition, the Song Co 1 Reservoir Project, invested by Project Management Board 7 (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), has also been registered for inauguration, contributing to ensuring water sources for production and daily life for local people.
At the Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project, Mr. Tran Phong - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assessed that the groundbreaking ceremony of the Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project - a project of special importance to the development orientation of urban, tourism - services of the province to effectively exploit potential and advantages, create new growth momentum, towards rapid and sustainable development.

After the project was started, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa province requested investors to focus resources, organize construction to ensure technical requirements, quality, progress, safety for fire prevention and fighting, security and order; soon complete and put the project into operation.
Pay special attention to developing social housing and resettlement housing in accordance with commitments; prioritize the use of local labor.
