Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong said that this is the 4th social housing project to be started in the area in 2025 to aim for the Project to build at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021 - 2030.

The Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee requested KEHIN Joint Stock Company to focus resources, implement the project to ensure quality, technical standards, and progress as committed at reasonable prices; comply with legal regulations on planning, land, investment, construction, environmental protection, and related legal regulations.
