At the same time, transparent information on planning and investment projects is made to limit the situation of "inflating prices", attracting and defrauding people through "land brokerage" tricks.
The Provincial Police are assigned to investigate and strictly handle illegal real estate brokers on social networks. Along with that, the construction and cultural sectors will regularly inspect and check real estate information on social networks.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates to inspect cases of arbitrary subdivision and conversion of agricultural land use purposes illegally, closely monitor the current status of land use to prevent encroachment and illegal trading.
Regarding the settlement of administrative procedures on land in communes, wards and special zones, there are still some difficulties and problems after the two-level local government comes into operation.
The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested the grassroots government to arrange 1 officer at the commune-level public administrative service center to receive and rotate land records, helping to shorten the time and improve the quality of handling procedures. If problems arise, localities must promptly report to the province for guidance on handling.
The province also requires the application of information technology, promoting online public services, electronic payments, and building digital government infrastructure at the grassroots level.
