The total area of leased land is 9,943.5m2 in Da M'ri town, Da Huoai district. The location of the land plot according to the 1/1,000 scale map was assessed by the Department of Agriculture and Environment on May 13.
The land use term is 50 years from July 29, 2011 (according to the project implementation period approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 78).
Of which, 3,027.4m2 of land applies the form of State lease land and annual land rent collection. The remaining area of 6,916.1m2 is under the form of State lease of land with one-time payment for the entire lease term.
Land is leased without auctioning land use rights and without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
The rental price of 3,027.4m2 is determined according to the Price List of land types for the period 2020 - 2024 in Da Huoai district issued with Decision No. 34 dated October 17, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment determines the location and land price in the Land Price List, creates a receipt for transferring cadastral information to the tax authority and is responsible for the transferred information. For the area of 6,916.1m2, it is determined according to specific land prices.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for advising the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to fully carry out specific land price determination procedures, ensuring close market prices and no budget losses.
In addition, the area of 3,027.4m2 belongs to the area with a safety protection corridor. Therefore, land users must comply with Article 210 of the 2024 Land Law and related legal regulations.
