On January 12, the Economic Department of Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi, coordinated with Ngoc Than and Dong But villages to organize a field inspection team to review the land use situation and compliance with regulations on construction order on agricultural land in the commune.
During the general inspection by flycam unmanned device in some key areas in 2 villages, the working delegation conducted a comparison of land use status with cadastral records, and at the same time inspected the compliance with legal regulations on land management and use and construction order.
Through inspection, the team discovered 1 case of arbitrarily pouring soil to level the ground for wrong land use purposes in Ngoc Than village and 1 case of illegal construction on agricultural land in Dong But village, violating current regulations of land law.
Immediately after detecting violations, the Commune Economic Department coordinated with village facilities to make records of the current situation, requesting violating households to immediately stop all leveling and construction activities, and at the same time guide related individuals to implement the contents as requested by functional agencies.
Currently, the Commune Economic Department is continuing to complete the violation file, advising the Commune People's Committee to handle it in accordance with the order, authority and provisions of law.
Through inspection activities, the Economic Department of Kieu Phu commune continues to affirm the determination of the local government in strengthening land management, tightening construction order, promptly detecting and strictly handling violations, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the land sector in the area.
In the coming time, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee will continue to direct specialized departments and villages to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to raise awareness of law compliance on land, using land for the right purpose and according to planning; and at the same time regularly inspect and supervise to prevent and avoid new violations, contributing to maintaining legal discipline and stabilizing the situation at the grassroots level.
