According to the People's Committee of Chan Hung commune (Hai Phong), the use of flycams helps record objective, clear, and comprehensive land use status; quickly detect violations such as: illegal construction, leveling ground, and arbitrary conversion of land use purposes. Widespread monitoring, including difficult-to-reach areas, serves as a basis for accurate, timely, and regulated handling.

Reality shows that many violations have been detected right from the beginning thanks to images from flycams, contributing to timely prevention and preventing prolonged violations.
The Commune People's Committee continues to strengthen regular and unscheduled inspections, combining direct inspections and flycam applications to closely monitor the land use situation in the area; resolutely and strictly handle all violations with the motto of no forbidden zones, no exceptions, and handle them thoroughly and in accordance with legal regulations. The commune also requests people not to arbitrarily build, encroach, or change land use purposes illegally; strictly comply with the provisions of law and proactively reflect violations when detected.
