1. How is the fee in inheritance disputes calculated?
Civil damages in inheritance disputes are civil damages with a scale, calculated according to the value of the disputed assets. The current fee is stipulated in Resolution 326/2016/UBTVQH14, specifically:

2. Cases of exemption or reduction of inheritance fees
Pursuant to Article 12 of Resolution 326/2016/UBTVQH14 on subjects exempted from paying court fees, court fees, court fees when resolving land disputes specifically:
- The following cases are exempted from paying advance court fees and court fees:
+ Workers file lawsuits to claim wages, unemployment benefits, severance pay, social insurance, compensation for work-related accidents and occupational diseases; resolve compensation for damages or for illegal dismissal or termination of labor contracts.
+ The person requesting the allowance, please identify the father or mother of the child who is underage or a child who is of age and has lost the capacity to act civil.
