Pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulations issued with Resolution 09/2025/NQ-HDND of Thai Nguyen province, the fees for granting Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land (red books) in Thai Nguyen province from July 30, 2025 are stipulated as follows:
(1) Red book issuance fee collection rate in Thai Nguyen province from July 30, 2025:
(2) In case of exemption from the fee for granting red books (certificate of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land):
- Exemption from the fee for granting certificates of land use rights, certificates of house ownership rights and land use rights, certificates of house ownership rights, certificates of construction ownership rights before the date of Decree 88/2009/ND-CP dated October 19, 2009 of the Government regulating the issuance of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land that are valid for implementation (December 10, 2009) and need to be issued and reissued certificates;
- Exemption from certificate issuance fee for households and individuals in rural areas. The fee exemption for households and individuals in rural areas specified in this point does not apply in cases where households and individuals with permanent residence registration in wards under the province submit a dossier requesting a certificate of land use rights in rural areas;
- Exemption from certificate issuance fees for children, poor households, near-poor households, the elderly, people with disabilities, people with revolutionary contributions, and ethnic minorities in communes with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions;
- Organizations, households, individuals, and communities with land changes for land plots donated or granted for land use rights (whose land use right certificates have been granted) to build public works;
- Cases that require reissuance or exchange of certificates when implementing the arrangement and reorganization of the state apparatus according to the provisions of law.
