Artist Hoang Map added that his 10,000m2 mansion is located in Di Linh (Lam Dong), considering this as a gift for his wife and children as well as a place to settle down and relax for his family in the future.
Hoang Map told reporters that initially he bought this land many years ago. He has no intention of investing or reselling it, but will later build a house to relax with his family.
When life and work gradually stabilized, the male artist started building the garden house model. The reason it took 3 years to complete it was because the male artist had a time when his finances were tight, so construction was interrupted.
The mansion is built on an area of about 1ha, including 4 separate houses with full living rooms, kitchens, worship rooms and a common living area. There are a total of about 10 bedrooms, arranged like miniature homestays to serve family and friends every time they come for vacation.
Talking about the reason for liking the classic style, Hoang Map said that he believes in using many old wood, stone and brick materials to create a feeling of closeness and warmth. In the campus, he placed many Buddha statues of different sizes.
The garden is elaborately invested with many types of ornamental plants, fruit trees and also many large ornamental plants.
Thanks to the cool climate and careful care, the garden provides most of the clean vegetables and fruits for family meals. Hoang Map also built a large rockery to raise dragon fish. He said this is his favorite fish, so he always prioritizes raising them in the homes he builds.
Choosing Di Linh as a resort, Hoang Map said that the climate here is cool, not too cold like Da Lat. Moreover, the location he chose has beautiful mountain views, and you can admire romantic clouds in the morning.
When reporters asked about renting out for guests to relax, Hoang Map said that many friends also advised him to exploit the mansion as a business resort, but he refused. For him, this place is only for family and relatives, a place to temporarily leave the noisy pace of life in the city.
Before the mansion in Lam Dong, he also had a large mansion in Dong Nai with an area of 1,600 m2. The mansion was built in an old and elegant architectural style.
