According to initial information, at the above time, Mr. D.K.T. (born 1980) was driving car BKS 21C-087.xx, carrying Ms. T.T.T. (born 1982), Mr. T.V.T. (born 1978) and Mr. T.D.T. (born 1984, all residing in Minh An village, Quy Mong commune).
When this vehicle moved from provincial road 166 to the inter-village road area of Quyet Tien, belonging to Quy Mong commune, it lost control, plunged into a deep stream on the side of the road, and caused an accident on its own.
The consequence of the accident was that Mr. T.V.T. died at the scene. Mr. D.K.T. was seriously injured and taken to the emergency room by people and functional forces but died. The remaining 2 people in the car were injured and are being monitored for their health.
The cause of the incident is being urgently clarified by functional forces.
