On the morning of July 20, Mr. Nguyen Truong Son - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quoc Oai commune directly inspected and encouraged working groups that are implementing the 45-day and night peak campaign to complete the collection and cleaning of land data in Thach Than 4 village.
Through actual inspection, working groups are urgently receiving dossiers, comparing information, and guiding people to complete the contents according to regulations, ensuring the progress of the campaign.
According to reports, Thach Than 4 village has completed 87.7% of residential land data. For agricultural land data, working groups have entered 160 land plots.
However, the implementation process still faces some difficulties in determining the location of land plots, comparing dossiers and updating actual data. Problems have been summarized to promptly report to competent authorities for consideration and guidance on removal.
In Thuong Phuc commune, in recent days, commune officials have also been urgently reviewing, updating, and standardizing land data in the area, striving to complete targets according to the set schedule.
To ensure progress, Thuong Phuc commune sets a goal to complete the review and update of data for all residential land plots, non-agricultural land and agricultural land that have data before July 30.
Before August 30, the commune will complete the construction of a database for the entire area of agricultural land being measured in 12 villages of the commune.
To make the campaign highly effective, Thuong Phuc Commune People's Committee requests households and individuals who are land users and owners of assets attached to land to actively coordinate with local authorities to provide complete dossiers and documents according to regulations such as land use right certificates, identity cards or citizen identification cards and related documents to serve the collection, digitization, updating and standardization of data.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Long Bien ward said that for cases where information is still missing in the dossier, supplementation is necessary.
For example, previously the 9-digit identity card, now switched to a 12-digit citizen identification card, must update new information and confirm that the users of the 9-digit identity card and 12-digit citizen identification card are the same person. This is also the reason why the Police force participates in coordinating in the review process.
We are reviewing all the records that people have provided before. Records with full information fields will be used.
However, there are cases where people previously provided dossiers but have now transferred land use rights; there are cases where dossiers are still missing... Therefore, we must screen all these contents.
Currently, working groups must go to the field for each land plot to verify, compare and review all information according to the records provided by the people," said a representative of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Long Bien ward.

In phase one, the locality organized the collection of dossiers and transferred them to the Land Registration Office to carry out scanning, digitizing dossiers and linking spatial data. However, the implementation progress is still slow, leading to a low rate of updating and cleaning up land data.
Therefore, currently communes and wards must directly get involved," said the representative of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Long Bien ward.
For cases of red books being mortgaged at banks, representatives of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Long Bien ward said that if the certificate is still in the name of the land user, the Land Registration Office will update the legal status of the land plot, such as being mortgaged or carrying out other transactions.
We are required to go directly to each area, each household to verify and compare information. We are waiting for the Land Registration Office to issue an account to update data for each land plot. The ward has established 25 working groups, and at the same time established a Steering Committee to implement this task," said a representative of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Long Bien ward.
