Trung Quan Private Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for 5 land plots belonging to the Dai Lai - Zone B Eco-tourism Area Project, with a total starting price of over 20.25 billion VND.
According to Notice No. 43/TB-DG issued on June 26, 2026 by Trung Quan Private Auction Enterprise, the unit will organize an auction of land use rights for 5 residential and commercial land plots belonging to the Dai Lai Eco-tourism Area - Zone B Project, Xuan Hoa ward, Phu Tho province.
This notice replaces Notice No. 216/TB-DG dated December 4, 2025.
The auctioned assets are under the management of the Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, managed and coordinated by the Vinh Phuc Regional Land Fund Development Center.
The land plots put up for auction include 3 plots belonging to BT-TP1 zone (symbols 46, 47 and 48) and 2 plots belonging to BT-TP2 zone (symbols 87 and 88). Each plot has an area of 250m2.
In which, lot No. 46 and lot No. 88 have a starting price of 18 million VND/m2, equivalent to 4.5 billion VND per lot.
The remaining three plots have a starting price of 15 million VND/m2, equivalent to 3.75 billion VND per plot. The total starting price of all 5 land plots is more than 20.25 billion VND.
Auction participants must pay a deposit corresponding to each land plot. For plots with a starting price of 18 million VND/m2, the deposit amount is 900 million VND/plot; the remaining plots are 750 million VND/plot.
The selling price of a set of auction participation documents is 200,000 VND. Each set of documents is only allowed to register to participate in the auction of one land plot.
In case of registering multiple lots, participants must purchase the corresponding number of dossiers. The applied price step is 1,000 VND/m2 and the winning bid price does not include taxes, fees, and charges as prescribed.
The auction session is organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids.
According to the plan, people in need can see the actual location of the land plots on July 7, 8 and 9 at Dai Lai Eco-tourism Area - Zone B.
The selling and receiving time for registration to participate in the auction takes place from June 29 to 5:00 PM on July 15, 2026 at the headquarters of Trung Quan Private Auction Enterprise.
During the same period, customers must transfer the deposit to the account of the auction business according to the instructions in the notice.
Bid invitations are sent by post to auction businesses before the time of completion of dossier receipt.
The auction result announcement session is scheduled to take place at 8:00 AM on July 18.
