Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center announces the organization of an auction of land use rights for 20 land plots in the extended Bac Son residential area (phase 3), with a starting price of 21 million VND/m2.
According to the notice, the assets put up for auction are residential land use rights in urban areas under the Bac Son extended road residential area project, the section from Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway to Cay Xanh hamlet, Quyet Thang ward (right side of the route).
20 land plots with areas from 128-204.4m2. Among them, plot OM1. 05-24 with an area of 186m2 was determined to have the highest starting price of 23.1 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 4.29 billion VND.
The remaining 19 land plots have a starting price of 21 million VND/m2, with a total value of about 2.68 billion VND per plot.
The auction session applies a price step of 500,000 VND/m2. Participants must deposit 20% of the starting price of the registered auctioned land plot and purchase dossiers with a fee of 200,000 VND.
The time to sell, receive registration dossiers and collect deposits is from June 29 to 5 pm on July 15 at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center.

The deposit is deposited into the account of the Center opened at the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Thai Nguyen Branch.
People who want to participate in the auction can see the actual location of the land plots from June 29 to the end of July 3.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 7:00 AM on July 18 at Quyet Thang Ward People's Committee in the form of direct multi-round voting at the auction, the bidding method is up.
According to regulations, participants need to strictly comply with the regulations on taking votes and voting, with a maximum time of 3 minutes for each auction round.
Acts such as declaring untruthful information, colluding to lower prices, causing trouble or violating regulations will be deprived of the right to participate and will not be refunded the deposit.
For the auction winner, the deposit will be converted into a deposit to ensure the performance of financial obligations.
Within 20 days from the date of receiving the notice from the tax authority, the winning bidder must fulfill the obligation to pay land use fees as prescribed.
In case of not completing on time, the winning auction results will be canceled, deposits will be lost, and participation in land use right auctions will be prohibited for a period of 3-5 years according to the provisions of law.
