On May 19, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Thanh Xuan Ward People's Committee said that to date, the site clearance for the Ring Road 2.5 project has been basically completed and handed over to the Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board more than 39,000 m2.
Up to now, there have been no cases of coercion; the local situation is stable, and no complaints related to site clearance for the project have arisen.
The results achieved are thanks to the close and timely leadership and direction to remove difficulties of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee; the synchronous coordination and involvement of city departments and branches; especially the spirit of unity, solidarity, consensus, and joint efforts of the entire ward's political system and the consensus and support of the people in the area" - representative of Thanh Xuan ward People's Committee said.
The above results were achieved in the context of Thanh Xuan ward simultaneously implementing many major political tasks, high requirements, and urgent time.
Although the site clearance for the Ring Road 2.5 Project is only part of the overall key tasks and projects of the city, for Thanh Xuan ward, this is a particularly large, difficult, and urgent political task, directly affecting the area, people's lives and the organizational capacity of the grassroots government.
